Historical Website & Archive Analysis

Using archived captures and other time-stamped sources to establish what a website looked like and said at a given point in time.

Reconstructing a Site's Past State

Many disputes turn on what a website actually displayed at a specific past date — whether it was actively competing with a trademark holder, parked and monetized through advertising, or not yet built at all. Archived captures, cached search-engine snapshots, and third-party monitoring screenshots are cross-referenced to establish that state, with particular attention to verifying capture-date authenticity.

Corroborating Archive Data With Technical Records

Archived content is strongest as evidence when corroborated by independent technical records from the same period — DNS history, hosting footprint, and SSL certificate issuance dates — so that the narrative a screenshot suggests is backed by infrastructure evidence that is far harder to dispute or explain away.
